SkyBuilt Power and ElectroChemistry, a leader in high efficiency potable water production, have created a rapidly deployable, highly mobile water purification system powered by renewable energy. The SkyWater System provides clean, potable water for FOBs while reducing fuel, logistics, and operating costs. The SkyWater System combines SkyBuilt’s SkyTrailer™, a mobile platform and renewable energy supply, with ElectroChemistry’s Rigby Process for potable water production.

The mobile water solution utilizes standard off-the-shelf components to produce potable and palatable water from any water source at efficiencies exceeding all other potable water treatment methods. Advantages are:

PCI

Expeditionary Unit Water Purification Systems

	The 100,000 gallon (380 m3) per day EUWP is an Expeditionary Unit Water Purification System capable of supplying potable water from virtually any water source, including NBC contaminated sources. The expeditionary configuration of the EUWP is ideal for meeting both civilian and military operational needs such as nation building, stability and support operations, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, homeland security and homeland defense missions. The EUWP consists of two separate ISO configured platforms that are compatible with commercial transportation and material handling equipment. It is also compatible with the Military’s HEMTT-LHS trucks, Palletized Load System trucks, and military line haul aircraft. A team of four trained operators can have the EUWP set up within 6 hours and it can operate unattended for extended periods. A network connection will allow the system to be monitored and/or operated remotely. The EUWP uses ultrafiltration (UF) to produce over 250,000 gallons (950per day of potable water from a fresh water source and reverse osmosis (RO) to produce over 100,000 gallons per day from a seawater source. The EUWP utilizes a double pass RO configuration to produce potable water when treating an NBC contaminated source.

TRUNZ WATER SYSTEMS

Mobile, independent unit for disaster relief & military application

The Trunz Water Trailer is equipped with a solar powered TWS 200 water treatment system or a TSS 200/TBS 200 desalination system. It is complete and ready to deploy. It provides approx. 250 - 900 l of clean drinking water per hour from any water source. Powered by solar and/or wind energy it can run up to 24 hours a day, without ongoing fuel and fuel transportation costs. The system is complete with trailer, feed pump, automatic back flushing filtration, batteries, solar panels and controls. An Ultrafiltration membrane removes all virus and bacteria without requiring toxic chemical treatment. Alternatively we supply an Reverse Osmosis-System for brackish or saltwater. The Trunz Water Trailer is specially designed to work under harsh conditions and is ideal for disaster relief, military camps and supply during temporary drinking water shortage. The system is very compact, easy to install and to maintain.
